Overview This course will teach reimbursement personnel how to apply payments to client accounts, correct client receivable records, make the appropriate adjustments to service and insurance amounts, or client accounts.
We will learn how to apply payments for many different situations, such as payments with a contractual adjustment, payments with disallowed amounts, payments with cross-over billing, and any specific examples that individuals attending the class bring with them.
