BTI Electronic Claims Submission Modules provide electronic submission capability for Medicaid and Medicare claims as well as insurance processors. The ECS Modules offer electronic billing of Medicaid and/or Medicare claims in the format that is accepted in your state. BTI ECS generates claims that are accurate and valid to insure quick reimbursements. |

BTI Electronic Claims Modules: |
Eliminate additional layers of complexity between provider and payer and minimize points of contact.
Collect all system resident data in accordance with the data fields specifically required by Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance.
Organize the required data elements into a database file in the format and structure specified by the payer or the approved processing agent.
Store the database file on the system disk drive ready for transfer to media or for direct submission to the payer's computer system.
Include a "Prebilling Edit Run/Report." This report is generated during the billing run and includes any/all service records that have failed the edit checks. The report identifies missing, incomplete, and/or improper billing data.
Create an electronic billing file that consists only of the billing that has passed the edits. Service records that have failed edit checking remain on the system as unbilled items for correction.
Can also provide automatic PC download. This is a simplified automatic file transfer available to licensed users of IBM PC Support/Client Access. Usage of the DOS copy command is all that is needed for diskette submission. PC modem communication software may access the claims file directly. No processing, editing, or maintenance of the claims file is required or supported.
Include software maintenance and support as part of the standard BTI service agreement and are automatically supported and maintained at NO additional charge.

BTI Electronic Remittance Modules: |
Eliminate time-consuming payment processing.
Translate pay-source data into a batch file for review and processing.
Automatically handle disallowance, denied, rejected, and pended claims.
Reduce data entry errors.
Can be received from a processor's bulletin board or on diskette for uploading from PC to iSeries.
Include software maintenance and support as part of the standard BTI service agreement and are automatically supported and maintained at NO additional charge.
