The Client Data System incorporates an extensive array of system defined reports. Reports are available to analyze data from a number of perspectives: Client, Provider, Accounts Receivable, Payer, Activity, Contract, Demographics, and more. These reports are available as options on the HSS Reports Menus.

HSS CDS also provides a Report Utility Module that provides tools for easy creation and management of user defined reports. It also allows user specification to create Client and Human Resource data files for use with the iSeries Query, SQL, and other report writers.
 
CDS's Reports Module provides:
comprehensive billing reviews of each client.
reports that can be selected by:
individual client, date, or date range.
client reporting that is available by an individual client or a range of clients for:
open payer balance by charge date,
balance by billing date,
aging reports,
appointment scheduling information,
intake, and accounts receivable information by both curent and historical perspectives.

HSS Report Utility Highlights:
provides searches for null records, making statistical reporting easier.
provides run-time management of extraction and report execution.
provides the ability to chain or link files/data for complex runs.
provides for high performance extracts with much less system impact.
allows menu selection of user-defined reports.
permits selection of run-time options.
has cross tabulation of coded data (such as client classification, program enrollment and human resources).
allows creation of a 16 column by 32 row matrix with occurrence counts and percentage calculations.
provides summary totals capability.
creates an datafile of A/R data for user-defined Aging Reports. Payer and Charge perspectives are both available.
creates a "run list" of up to 32 reports, queries, or programs to execute in succession as the user defines.
creates an outfile of demographic data with up to 64 classification elements defined.

The Client Data System or CDS Module, is the main software module of BTI's integrated system. CDS contains extensive client demographic information including history and tracking capabilities.

The Billing section of the software works together with information entered in the Client Demographics components to provide the ability to bill multiple funding sources in a number of different ways.
