BTI provides training for all our software and also for the IBM iSeries. BTI offers both Classroom and Personalized training. Personalized training is customized operational training tailored to a specific group or customer. Classroom training consists of structured courses in a hands-on classroom environment for BTI/HSS or the iSeries. BTI trainers have extensive experience in the BTI/HSS product. They work closely with the product development and support staff to insure you receive in-depth, comprehensive software instruction.
Classroom Training
